A fixing hanger structure for mounting a boat to a yacht is provided to move the boat by installing two pulling ring sections on side surfaces of the boat and using knob sections of the pulling ring sections. A fixing hanger structure for mounting a boat to a yacht includes support plates(10), knob sections(20), a U-shaped support pin(30), and a fixing pin(40). The support plates are attached to side surfaces of the boat respectively. Each of the knob sections includes a support pin engaging section protruding from the support plate and having a support pin engaging hole and a knob extending to the upper side of the support pin engaging section to be chucked by a hand and having a semi-circular ring structure. The U-shaped support pin has protrusions on both sides thereof to be inserted into the pin engaging holes of the knob section and has a yacht engaging boss at a central portion thereof. A pin hole is formed at an upper portion of the U-shaped support pin. The fixing pin passes through the pin hole of the U-shaped support pin to fix the support pin to the knob section.
