A joint structure for a vent hose of a battery is provided to check whether a vent hose is completely inserted into a vent hole by coupling a clamp to a hose connection port after inserting the hose. A joint structure for a vent hose of a battery includes a battery(10), a vent hole(12a), a hose(11), a clamp(15), and a locking protrusion. The battery is arranged in a lengthwise direction in a vehicle trunk room. The vent hole is formed at a front end of the battery so as to discharge gas generated when the battery is over-charged to the outside of the vehicle. The hose has one end inserted into the vent hole and the other end passing through a lower portion of the vehicle body. The clamp is hinge-coupled onto the battery and rotatably arranged in front of the hose inserted into the vent hole. The locking protrusion is formed in the vicinity of the vent hole so as to lock/unlock the clamp.
