An apparatus for transferring mini-fuses of a junction box is provided to maintain a plurality of mini-fuses with a uniform position and automatically transfer the mini-fuses to a mini-fuse insertion unit. The apparatus for transferring mini-fuses of a junction box includes a spiral vibration selector, a horizontal transfer pipe(220), a stopper operation unit(230), and a mini fuse temporary storage unit(240). The spiral vibration selector has a spiral path so that the mini-fuse is positioned downwardly along a length direction. Two connection terminals are protruded on a lower part of a case of a rectangular parallelepiped shape. An end of the horizontal transfer pipe(220) is connected to an outlet side of the spiral vibration selector, and moves the mini-fuses in series. The stopper operation unit(230) ejects downwardly the mini-fuse ejected from the end of the horizontal transfer pipe(220) and selectively operates a stopper for the end of the horizontal transfer pipe(220) to eject the mini-fuses in two rows. The mini-fuse temporary storage unit(240) is closely located on a lower part of the end of the horizontal transfer pipe(220) and stores the mini-fuse temporarily when moving forward or backward for the end part of the horizontal transfer pipe(220).
