A method for estimating an initial flow rate of an instant heating apparatus for a bidet and instant heating apparatus using the same is provided to estimate an initial rate of water flow without using a flow sensor. A method for estimating an initial flow rate of an instant heating apparatus for a bidet comprises a first step of sending a driving instruction to a ceramic heater(150) according to the driving instruction input from the outside, a second step of requesting and receiving a discharge water temperature value from a second temperature sensor(170), a third step of calculating and storing a variation of the received discharge water temperature value, and a fourth step of estimating a peak one of the variations of the stored discharge water temperature value as a flow value. |
