DEVICES FOR RELAY PROCESSING PAYMENT ADMISSION OF CHECK CARD AND RECORDING MEDIUM

A device for relaying a payment approval of a check card and a program recording medium thereof are provided to increase usability of a check card and a security account of a security company through a relay server between a credit card company and the security company by linking the check card with the security account. A message receiver(1705) receives a debit payment approval request message from a check card management server(1740). A message reader(1710) reads check card information by reading the message. An information checker(1715) checks whether a payment card of the check card is a bank or security company account. An account checker(1735) checks balance of the payment account by linking with a security company server(1770) corresponding to a check result, and determines a debit payment corresponding to a debit payment amount based on the check result. A message processor(1725) generates and transmits an approval response message corresponding to a determination result to the check card management server.
