The panic door opening device has a handle (1) which is pivotally mounted on a door. An upper area of a plate of a door lock is used for mounting. A universal support (2) is provided on which a bracket (3) for mounting a coupling area (4) of the handle (1) is formed, and which is designed so that it fits differently dimensioned door locks that are to be used and can be combined with a cover (7, 8). The universal support (2) is made of sheet metal part or pressure pouring part is trained. The universal carrier (2) has several connection recesses (5) for section lock cylinders (6).
