<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determining the credibility of intending purchasers and a program for determining the credibility of intending purchasers that help blacklisted consumers (intending purchasers) to have hope in their lives and rebuild their lives by permitting them installment purchase. <P>SOLUTION: The device for determining the credibility of intending purchasers comprises a first credibility determination means 11 for determining whether or not an intending purchaser is a low credibility individual blacklisted by a financial institution or credit bureau, and a second credibility determination means 12 for, if the intending purchaser is a blacklisted individual, reexamining the credibility of the intending purchaser independently according to predetermined criteria of predetermined standard items of independent credibility determination, and further comprises a display means 13 for displaying an image representing a determination result of installment contract availability to the intending purchaser for a given purchase object based on the reexamination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
