<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recorder recording information about aerial/underground wiring/piping such as communication/power cable and outdoor/indoor embedded wiring/piping and an own position directly at a site for speedup of construction planning, operation, and maintenance management. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic recording device such as an IC chip is used as a medium recording the aerial/underground wiring/piping information.
