PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge sensing device expanding selective width of antenna diameters, acquiring high S/N ratio, and enhancing maintenance efficiency in order to find solutions to problems that, since the antenna diameter is determined from the tank diameter and the insulation design in partial discharge sensing devices sensing partial discharge generated from insulating anomaly within conventional panelboards, the range of sensing resonance frequency due to partial discharge is limited to a narrow range, the S/N ratio is low, and maintenance efficiency is also low. SOLUTION: A metal electrode, as an earth, insulated from tank is embedded around a central conductor penetrating bushing prepared across over exterior and interior parts of the tank wall and by connecting a discharge sensing circuit and computation indicating circuit with the metal electrode, signals resulting from partial discharge are detected to display.
