摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension arm capable of preventing the deterioration of uniting stiffness of a joint portion, and being made to be compact. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy suspension arm has an arm portion 2, and a ball joint portion 3 supporting a stud bolt on a first end side of the arm portion 2. The ball joint portion 3 has a generally cylindrical storing portion 4 having an insertion hole 10 storing a ball of the stud bolt, a generally cylindrical cramping part 5 which has a smaller diameter and projects from the storing portion 4 to an insertion hole side to clip the ball 34 of the stud bolt, and an end plate attaching groove 8 formed along a circumferential direction on an inner diameter side of the cramping part 5. If the width in a radial direction of the cramping part 5 is x mm, the wall thickness of the cramping part 5 is h mm, and the outer radius of the end plate attaching groove 8 is r mm, a shape variable of a cramping part cross section expressed by x×h/r is 0.3 to 0.8 mm.
