PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network capable of constructing the mutual relationship between a control node and equipment to be controlled variably without depending on a fixed setting. SOLUTION: Control nodes (#1-#N) 2-1 to 2-N refer to a table 22-1 for registering the attribute of equipment to be controlled when the nodes are started, and issue a Get Request command for requesting system information to all pieces of equipment (#1-#M) 1-1 to 1-M to be controlled, based on the registered network address. When the pieces of equipment (#1-#M) 1-1 to 1-M to be controlled can verify the identification in Community and the validity of the command by receiving the command, they perform the successive node recording of the network address of the control nodes (#1-#N) 2-1 to 2-N of a transmission source to control node address recording tables 12-1 to 12-M, and hold the recorded content of the control node address recording tables 12-1 to 12-M during operation.
