PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated through-capacitor array where occurrence of cross talk can be suppressed. SOLUTION: A first signal side inner electrode 23 is electrically connected to a first terminal electrode 11 and a second terminal electrode 12. A first ground side inner electrode 25 is electrically connected to a fifth terminal electrode 15 and a sixth terminal electrode 16. A second signal side inner electrode 27 is electrically connected to a third terminal electrode 13 and a fourth terminal electrode 14. A second ground side inner electrode 29 is electrically connected to the fifth terminal electrode 15 and the sixth terminal electrode 16. The first signal side inner electrode and the second ground side inner electrode are arranged so that they are not confronted each other across an insulator layer 21. The second signal side inner electrode 27 and the first ground side inner electrode 25 are arranged so that they are not confronted each other across the insulator layer 21.
