PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger free from a problem caused by adhering and bonding the heat exchanger 1 by using a fluid or thermosetting adhesive 23. SOLUTION: The thermosetting adhesive 23 is heated and cured with an attitude that a plurality of adhered/bonded portions approximately opposite to each other are approximately vertically disposed, and the attitude is turned over on the way of heating. By turning over the attitude on the way of heating, a state of formation of a fillet F of an upper bonding portion and a lower bonding portion can be unified, thus the problem caused by adhering and bonding the heat exchanger 1 by using the fluid or thermosetting adhesive 23, such as leakage and insufficient pressure-proof strength caused by lack or incomplete formation of the fillet F on the bonding portion, can be prevented.
