PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joy stick capable of more flexibly coping with a change of specification. SOLUTION: This joy stick of the present invention is provided with an integrally formed grip having a plurality of panels. Of the plurality of panels, one or more panels has one or more switches and either one of the panels has a replacement means for removing the panel from outside. The panels except for the one with the replacement means have a back face positioned to face against the panel with the replacement means in the grip so that they can be replaced by removing the panel with the replacement means.
