摘要 <p>The present invention discloses a heat recovering system from the external surface of a rotatory cylindrical furnace, such as the ones used in the industries of cement fabrication, activated carbon and drying of chemical products among others, and that currently such heat is lost in the atmosphere by radiation or convection without useful utility. Herein is presented the design of a fixed heat regenerator at the furnace shell which allows recovering heat by means of the combination of a thermal oil emulsion and nanoparticulated copper especially prepared and a tubes bed for heating water at high pressure. In this way, the lost energy is now transferred to the water which can still be conditioned to be used in air-conditioning systems by absorption or in the electric generation by means of a Rankine cycle vapor turbine. With this novel heat recovering system the production process and the furnace shell are out of risk and substantial economical savings are made by taking advantage of e nergy currently wasted.</p>
