PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular saw cutting ruler which can press a guide base plate in a wide range, surely fix the guide base plate and a cutting guide plate, move the circular saw along the fixed cutting guide plate, and cut wood exactly. SOLUTION: The guide base plate is formed as a wide range guide base plate 5 which can press in a wide range with a prescribed depth S. A restriction plate 13 which presses a protractor plate part 3 rotating on the wide range guide base plate 5 from above is installed on the wide range guide base plate 5. The tip part 12A of a fixed lever 12 which rotates on the wide range guide base plate 5 through a shaft 18 presses the restriction plate 13.
