In a case of disposing a jet dispersing device for jetting, spraying and mixing a main agent and a curing agent by passing them through fine nozzle holes in a coating material flow channel in an in-line arrangement, it is adapted such that a cleaning fluid can be caused to flow about at a flow rate capable of cleaning the coating material flow channel rapidly and reliably. A jet dispersing device ( 1 ) in which a partition wall ( 4 ) for partitioning a high pressure region ( 3 H) having a flow inlet ( 2 in) and a low pressure region ( 3 L) having a flow outlet ( 2 out) is formed with nozzle holes ( 5 , - - -) for jetting out a liquid from the high pressure region ( 3 H) to the low pressure region ( 3 L) and dispersing the same as fine particles, wherein a cleaning fluid communication port ( 6 ) of a larger opening area compared with that of the nozzle holes ( 5 , - - -) is formed to the partition wall 4 , and the valve mechanism (V) for opening and closing the communication port ( 6 ) is provided,
