An LPG supply system of a liquefied petroleum injection engine is provided to prevent intrusion of foreign substances into the system and to absorb noise of a fuel pump. An LPG supply system of a liquefied petroleum injection engine includes a liquefied petroleum injection engine(50), a main bombe(52), a sub bombe(54), and a fuel pump(56). The liquefied petroleum injection engine is operated by receiving LPG fuel. The main bombe stores a large amount of LPG fuel to drive the liquefied petroleum injection engine. The sub bombe is installed between the main bombe and the liquefied petroleum injection engine to store a small amount of LPG fuel. The fuel pump is installed in the sub bombe to pump the LPG fuel in the main bombe to the liquefied petroleum injection engine. A first fuel supply line and a first fuel return line are arranged between the liquefied petroleum injection engine and the sub bombe.
