<p>A semiconductor component transfer apparatus for a semiconductor component tester is provided to simplify the structure of the apparatus and to control properly an insertion angle of a semiconductor component by changing the orientation of the semiconductor component using a rotation unit. A semiconductor component transfer apparatus for a semiconductor component tester includes a tray, a base unit, a rotation unit, and a reciprocating unit. The tray(110) is used for loading stably a plurality of semiconductor components. The base unit(120) is used for loading the tray. The rotation unit is installed in the base unit to rotate properly the tray. The reciprocating unit is used for reciprocating the base unit in a predetermined direction. The reciprocating unit includes a guide part for guiding the base unit and a push/pull part(130) for moving the base unit along the guide part.</p> |
