A safety diagnosis device of a mobile guide rail is provided to allow old facilities to be repaired properly, and to prevent safety accidents generated in advance by inspecting guide rails while moving along the guide rails. A safety diagnosis device of a mobile guide rail comprises a body fame(110), a fixer(120), a distance holder(130), a compression part(140) and a measurement part. The body fame forms a caster(111) on a lower part, an opening part (113) in the inside, and a linkage hole(115) on a front surface. The fixer includes a first connection frame(121) forming a connection hole(122) on both ends, and a second connection frame forming a guide hole(125) connected to the connection hole and fixing a reclamation part(126) on one end, and fixes the body fame around a retaining wall block. The distance holder is integrally formed with a compression plate(133) on an end of the fixing bar. The compression part is attached on an end of a rod(143). The measurement part is selectively inserted and connected to an upper part of the support.
