PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the inner part of a light leading path and to make the handling convenient by making the infrared fiber for transmitting CO2 laser and the infrared fiber which transmits the infrared ray for inspecting the body to be worked same. CONSTITUTION:The beam of CO2 laser is irradiated on the body 5 to be worked through an infrared fiber 7 in case of a mirror 11 being at B position. The oscillation of CO2 laser is stopped in case of the mirror 11 being at the position A. The body 5 to be worked radiated the infrared ray corresponding to the temp. and the infrared ray is condensed by a condensing optical system 9, coming in the infrared fiber 7 and is transmitted therethrough. The infrared ray outgone from the infrared fiber 7 becomes a parallel light with the condensing optical system 8, is made incident on a radiation thermometer 12 by being reflected with the mirror 11, finding the object temp. by detecting the total power of the infrared ray or by detecting by dividing it in spectrum. |
