<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a rubber roller constituted so as to suppress the remaining of rubber flash in the overflow part of the mold to facilitate the removal of the rubber flash, and a method for manufacturing a rubber roller. <P>SOLUTION: The mold for the rubber roller includes first and second piece molds fitted to each other at the openings provided to both end parts of a cylindrical mold and the shaft body head in the cylindrical mold by the first and second piece molds and is constituted so that a rubber material is injected in the cylindrical mold from either one of the piece molds and the rubber roller is molded on the outer periphery of the shaft body.
