<p>A kitchen cooker has a hood through which cooking vapors are expelled to the open air. The hood has a particle filter whose inner face may be covered by a roller blind that is opened and closed by an electric motor or hydraulic motor. In an alternative embodiment, the filter is closed as required by a magnetic cover when the cooker is not in use.</p> |
