PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film having been finished to be tight and beautiful due to an appropriate heat shrinking stress though it is a highly heat shrinkable, has the heat sealability superior in air tightness, further superior in the barrier property, the resistance to pinholing, the resistance to whitening by alcohol and also the anti-clouding property. SOLUTION: The laminated film is a drawn film with five layers comprising one surface layer composed of a modified polyolefinic resin having a specified gel fraction, a polyamide resin layer, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer as a barrier layer, an adhesive layer made from a modified polyolefinic resin and an another surface layer made from an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and also has a specified heat shrinkage percentage and heat shrinkage stress in combination.
