PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary motion type agitation de-aerating device which stably supplies power to a motor for the rotation of a container holder mounted on a rotary frame, which rotates at a high speed, from a power-supplying device mounted on the rotary shaft of the rotary frame and freely sets the revolution and rotation of a container independently of each other to improve an agitation and de-aerating ability. SOLUTION: The planetary motion type agitation de-aerating device is provided with; a rotary frame 20, container holders 10 provided on the rotary frame, containers 11 which removably fit to or engage with the container holders, a motor 30 for rotation which is provided on the rotary frame, a conductive ring device 40 mounted on the rotary shaft 21 of the rotary frame, a carbon brush device 50 which electrically contacts a conductive ring 41 and receives power from the outside, and a motor 60 for revolution which is connected to the rotary shaft 21 of the rotary frame.
