<p>A system, method and network equipment for implementing the lawful interception in next generation network comprise: join the lawful interception service application server in the call signaling routing, join the lawful interception media gateway function entity in the media routing, and the lawful interception media gateway function entity gathers and forwards the lawful interception communication content. Because it is independent of the access network that gathering and forwarding the lawful interception communication content on the lawful interception media gateway function entity, the present invention can implement lawful interception for the calls of the users accessing through the fixed network or the mobile network in next generation network, and the problems that the trust and authorization of the session control layer and the access layer are avoided, thereby, a integrated and feasible solution for gathering the lawful interception communication content is provided for next generation network.</p> |
