PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate lateral vibration of an insulated operating rod at input operation and make smooth the input operation after a touch point. SOLUTION: A link mechanism case 18 is mounted on the upper end of a case 16 in which the insulated operating rod 1 is inserted via the lower part bearing 17, one end of a pair of right and left vacuum interrupters 6 is mounted on the link mechanism case 18, a conductor 23 is mounted on the other end of the vacuum interrupters 6, a guide shaft 19 is concentrically mounted on the upper end of the insulated operating rod 1, a link mechanism 20 to connect the upper end of the insulated operating rod 1 and a movable side of the vacuum interrupters 6 is installed at the link mechanism case 18, a pressure contact spring 27 is installed at a connecting part of the link mechanism 20 and the vacuum interrupters 6, the upper part bearing 21 to movably fit to the guide shaft 19 is installed at the link mechanism case 18, and the surrounding of the link mechanism case 18 and the vacuum interrupters 6 is covered by a grounding tank 24.
