REGULATOR FOR SWASHPLATE TYPE AXIAL PISTON HYDRAULIC PUMP

A regulator of a swash plate type axial piston hydraulic pump is provided to realize pressure-flow rate linearity characteristics having a uniform inclination from a single spring controlling the characteristics and substituting a second spring with a second valve for decompression, thereby controlling insertion depth of a control screw of the second valve and freely controlling bending point of a power control linearity. A regulator of a swash plate type axial piston hydraulic pump includes a first valve(80) and a second valve(81). The first valve has a first spring compressed in proportion to a control pressure signal(Pc), and a piston(59) positioned at a side of the first spring to press the first spring and formed in a stepped shape with first and second pressure receiving areas, wherein the first pressure receiving area receives the control pressure signal and smaller than the second pressure receiving area. The second valve(81) receives the control pressure signal and applies predetermined pressure to the second pressure receiving area.
