PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored laminate metal plate for a container which does not cause the discoloration of a film or a coloring adhesive during a retort heat sterilization treatment after filling of cans with the contents and thus can retain the design nature of the appearance of the plate. SOLUTION: The colored laminate metal plate consists of a metal plate 10 covered with a double-layer film(s) 20 which is composed of a colored adhesive layer 22 and a polyester resin film 24, laminated in order on one or both sides of the metal plate. The colored adhesive layer 22 is based on an epoxy resin and contains a coloring agent, a high-etherified amino resin and a block isocyanate compound. The polyester resin film 24 is based on a polyester resin having a half-crystallization time at 125°C of≤100 s and has at least 5μm of areas of a double refraction of≥0.04 in the thickness direction on the outer surface of the laminated film.
