PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burn injury even if fluid in a valve casing is jetted externally. SOLUTION: The valve casing having a valve chest 5 inside is formed by joining a cover 4 by a screw to a body 3 having an inlet 1 and an outlet 2. A valve port 8 communicating the valve chest 5 with the outlet 2 is arranged between the valve chest 5 and the outlet 2. A valve stem fitting hole 18 is arranged in an adjusting bar 17 joined by a screw to the cover 4. The other end side of a valve stem 12 for arranging a valve element 13 for opening-closing the valve port 8 on one end side, is displaceably fitted and arranged in the valve stem fitting hole 18. A bimetal laminated body 26 as a temperature sensing member is arranged around the valve stem 12. A fluid shielding member 19 formed in an outer diameter larger than an O ring 16, is also arranged between the O ring 16 as a seal member for keeping airtightness of the adjusting bar 17 and an open cut 19 as an advance-retreat operation part of the adjusting bar 17.
