A pipe capping device is provided to shorten time taken in assembling a cap to a pipe, by fitting pipes to a pipe locating rotary plate and fitting caps to the pipes through the advancing of a pushing shaft connected to a cam groove of a pushing cam. A pipe capping device includes a frame(10), a rotary shaft(20), a cap locating rotary plate(30), a pipe pushing unit(100), and a driving unit. The rotary shaft has a plurality of pipe locating rotary plates(22) with pipe locating grooves(22a). The rotary shaft is rotatably mounted on the frame. The cap locating rotary plate is arranged on one end of the rotary shaft, and has an outer surface with a plurality of cap locating grooves. The pipe pushing unit is arranged on the other end of the rotary shaft, and pushes the pipe positioned on the cap locating rotary plate toward the cap locating rotary plate. The driving unit rotates the rotary shaft by a predetermined angle in one direction.
