A riding exercise apparatus synchronizing with a horse riding image is provided to make a user enjoy horse riding exercises with watching a horse racing image played by synchronizing with the exercise speed and direction. In a riding-type bicycle comprising a seat part(10) and an operating part(11) repeatedly moving up and down, and providing a horse riding function, a horse racing machine is composed of a sensor unit(12) for sensing a moving pattern of the operating part and an image unit(13) including a CPU(Central Processing Unit) and a display device and storing image data. The sensor unit recognizes the moving speed of the operating part and provides the moving speed to the image unit as an input parameter. The image unit operates the image data according to the input parameter of the sensor unit and displays the data by synchronizing motions of a user and the image with each other.
