A system and a method for providing a service for authenticating/informing issuance of a civil application are provided to enable a requestor or a nominal person to discriminate forgery/alteration based on an authentication number and personal details by informing the requestor of authentication/issuance of the civil application when the civil application is issued. A service server(30) transmits the authentication number to a government office and the requestor if civil application issuance information is received from the government office. If issuance completion information is received from the government office, the service server notifies the requestor of the issuance by linking with a mobile terminal(10) of the requestor, an SMS(Short Message Service) server(40), and a wireless terminal(60) of the government office. The service server includes an authentication number generating module, and a database(32) storing information of the mobile terminal, which is preset to receive the authentication number and the issuance information by the requestor. |
