FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed turbine stage contains guide vanes, diaphragm body, labyrinth seal on turbine shaft, operating wheel disk, chamber between diaphragm body and disk of operating wheel limiting flow path of surface of guide vane assembly. Turbine stage can be furnished with divider in form of seal between diaphragm and flange made on disk of operating wheel at base of channels arranged in diaphragm body in radial direction and connected with additional nozzle cascade. Tilting of cascade nozzles is the same as tilting of guide vanes in root section in plane square to axis of turbine. Root limiting surface of nozzles is directed tangentially to surface of operating wheel disk limiting flow path. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of stage by increasing stability of flow at root limiting surface. ^ 1 dwg |
