A plasma display panel is provided to enlarge a discharging area and increase an aperture ratio by forming an electrode protruded to discharge cells. A first and second substrates(111,112) are arranged opposite to each other. A plurality of barrier ribs(120) are arranged between the first and second substrates in order to form a plurality of discharge cells(190). A plurality of electrodes are positioned on the first and second substrates. The electrodes are formed with protrusions protruded to the discharge cells and extensions extended to one direction. A pair of electrodes correspond to each of the discharge cells. |
