PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent controlling effect on noxious organisms. SOLUTION: A hydrazide compound expressed by formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, A<SP>1</SP>, A<SP>2</SP>, J, Q, n, etc., are each specifically defined) has excellent controlling effect on noxious organisms and, accordingly, is useful as an active component of a pesticidal agent. Accordingly, the pesticidal agent contains the hydrazide compound as an active component.
