PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerized toner excellent in low-temperature fixability and hot offset resistance, having good OHP transparency and excellent also in charging property. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic image development is obtained by sticking or fixing resin fine particles on particle aggregates containing at least polymer primary particles, wherein the amount of a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble component in the polymer primary particles is 15-80% and the toner contains a wax having a melting point of 30-100°C.
