PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing material capable of facilitating the installation to a slab or a wall and a reinforcing structure of the existing building making use thereof. SOLUTION: The reinforcing material 1 is constituted by integrally forming a mounting plate 6 so as to wrap a lower end bar 3 from up and down in the lower end bar 3 in a truss bar 5 connecting an upper end bar 2 and the lower end bar 3 with a lattice bar 4.
