PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a catch of a foreign material between a stopper portion of a turning member and a stopper abutting surface of a cylinder body without requiring a complicated structure when operating an operation lever. SOLUTION: The cylinder body 14 to be fitted to a bar handle 12 is provided with lever holders 14a and 14a, and hinged portions 32c and 33a of a lever main body 32 as one turning member and an interlocking member 33 as the other turning member are pivotally supported by the lever holders 14a and 14a. The stopper portions 32e and 33e are provided to be protruded from the hinged portions 32c and 33c. The stopper portion 33e of the interlocking member 33 is made to abut on the stopper abutting surface 14b provided in the cylinder body 14. The stopper abutting surface 14b is formed perpendicular to the axis of the bar handle 12, and a front cover wall part 14c for covering an abutment portion between the stopper portion 33e on the stopper abutting surface 14 is integrally provided with the cylinder body 14 on a side opposite to the bar handle.
