INK JET PRINTING SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DISPLAY APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film of minute width by dropping minute drops of ink from a long tubular nozzle having minute holes at its inside surface in an inkjet printing system and a manufacturing method of a display apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The inkjet printing system according to one embodiment of the invention includes a stage on which a substrate is mounted, a head unit for dropping ink onto the substrate and a transporting apparatus for moving the head unit to a predetermined position. Preferably the head unit includes an inkjet head and a plurality of long tubular nozzles attached to a bottom face of the inkjet head. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
