The invention relates to a method for changing a first set of rolls (7, 8) in a roll stand (4) by means of a first locomotive mechanism and for changing a second set of rolls (5, 6) in the same roll stand (4) by means of a second locomotive mechanism. According to the invention, the same locomotive mechanism (9) is used as the first locomotive mechanism and as the second locomotive mechanism. The invention also relates to a locomotive mechanism for carrying out said method. |
