PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a weather crisis by reducing carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: Precious-stone artificial diamonds are formed by chemically extracting carbon from carbon dioxide in the air or they are used for artificial-diamond power-generation or the like by adding strontium to the artificial diamonds. It is possible to reduce carbon dioxide in the air by building an artificial sun like an artificial satellite so as to allow plants to perform photosynthesis all year round.
