PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of forming a cured film having a high flatness on a substrate even on the substrate having a low surface flatness, also having a high transparency and high surface hardness, suitably used for forming a protective film for an optical device, excellent in various resistances such as heat with pressure resistant property, acid resistance, alkali resistance, spatter proof, etc., and also excellent in preservation stability as the composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains [A] a copolymer of (a1) a polymerizable unsaturated compound having oxyranyl group or oxetanyl group with (a2) a polymerizable unsaturated compound other than the (a1), [B] an acid anhydride consisting of (b1) a polymer containing a polymerizable unsaturated compound having the acid anhydride group and/or (b2) a polyvalent carboxylic acid anhydride, and [C] a curing accelerator consisting of a compound having a basic skeletal structure described in formula (1) and/or a compound having a basic skeletal structure described in formula (2).
