PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply faucet easy to maintain while surely preventing the entry of bacteria from a narrow flow path, and to provide a sterilized water supply device using the same. SOLUTION: The water supply faucet comprises a water supply inlet 5 to be connected to a water pipe 1 via a sterilizing filter 3, a water supply outlet 6 for supplying water to the outside, and a water stop valve 7 mounted between the water supply inlet 5 and the water supply outlet 6 for opening/closing the flow path. The narrow flow path from the water stop valve 7 to the water supply outlet 6 is formed by a sleeve pipe 16, and a heater 18 is provided around the sleeve pipe 16.
