A heat-treatment system with a cooling unit is provided to uniformly quench the heat treatment object according to heat treatment and cooling conditions even in case of a large heat treatment object or a complicated heat treatment object by comprising a heating furnace using an electrothermal wire and a cooling unit integrally formed with the heating furnace. A heat-treatment system with a cooling unit comprises: a heating furnace(100) of which a bottom face is opened such that a heat treatment object(10) placed on the ground is housed in the heating furnace, and which has at least one gas inflow hole(130) formed in one side face thereof, and a heat insulator layer(110) and an electrothermal wire(120) formed on an inner side face thereof such that the electrothermal wire is formed on the heat insulator layer; a lifting-and-lowering unit(200) for moving the heating furnace up and down to contact the heating furnace with the ground or separate the heating furnace from the ground; and a cooling unit(300) including an annular pipe(310) which is installed around the placed heat treatment object, and in which cooling water is circulated, and has a plurality of inclination angle adjustable nozzles(301) and at least one cooling water flow controlling valves(302) installed on an outer peripheral surface thereof to discharge cooling water in the pipe onto the heat treatment object, wherein the cooling unit additionally includes a plurality of auxiliary pipes(320) which are vertically installed, and on each of which a plurality of inclination angle adjustable nozzles and cooling water flow controlling valves are installed, and wherein the heating furnace has at least one air exhaust hole(140) formed in a side face thereof. |
