<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a loach product by which iron or calcium falling in loaches can be obtained from nutritional point of view; and to provide a loach product. <P>SOLUTION: The loach product is obtained by the method for producing a loach product comprising a first process of grinding loaches to be formed into paste, a second process of heating the paste and stirring the heated paste in a high-temperature atmosphere, and a third process of stirring the paste in a low-temperature atmosphere lower than that of the second process after treated in the second process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
