PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermistor with which voltage resistance can be improved. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a thermistor includes first of all a step of forming a notch 6 on at least one of one side 4 and another side 5 of a thermistor element assembly sheet 1a containing a resin and conductive particles, and then applying thermocompression bonding while holding the thermistor element assembly sheet 1a formed with the notch 6 between a pair of electrodes 2 and 3.
