PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing carrier which brings a solution containing a substance to be inspected into contact with the selective bonding substance on a selective bonding substance fixed carrier without damaging the selective bonding substance, and simply and stably performs the selective reaction of the substance to be inspected with the selective bonding substance. SOLUTION: The analyzing carrier is constituted so that the selective bonding substance is fixed on its surface, and has an uneven part composed of recessed parts and protruded parts located on the surface of the carrier. The protruded parts are arranged in a row in the uneven part, and the recessed parts are interposed between the rows of the protruded parts in a row, and microrods are housed in the recessed parts in a movable manner. An analyzing chip including a base material, an analyzing method of the substance to be inspected using the analyzing chip, and an analyzing kit including the base material or the analyzing chip are also disclosed.
