<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a coating film which forms the coating film of high quality without occurrence of bubbles by uniforming and smoothing the thickness of photo or thermo-setting resin for coating a member to be coated, and to provide a member having the coating film formed by the method. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The method for forming the coating film applies the liquid photo or thermo-setting resin annularly to the member to be coated, places a smoothing plate of a material having peeling property with respect to the setting resin and having rigidity flattening by applying centrifugal force on it to contact the liquid, spreads the setting resin to the peripheral end of the member to be coated by the centrifugal force and thereafter hardens it, and peels a smoothing plate next. (2) The method for forming the coating film described in (1) includes a process of imparting thermal energy to at least one of the member to be coated, the setting resin and the smoothing plate concentrically with respect to a rotation center in applying annularly at least in one of stages before and in the middle of applying the photo or thermo-setting resin and in the middle of spreading it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
