<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of adding exact separate collection information to paper even when printing processing is applied to the paper already processed to be printed once again later. <P>SOLUTION: The printing rate of an image already printed on the paper 3 and the separate collection information concerning a collected part 3B or the like are acquired from a tag 99 by a tag reader. When the separate collection information is acquired, the printing rate of printing data to be printed on the paper 3 from now to the area (front surface and back surface) of a predetermined range of the paper 3 is derived.
